The Harvard Club of Northeast Ohio is presenting its annual multi-alumni-club art scavenger hunt at the Cleveland Museum of Art (CMA) and would like to invite Norwich to participate. Last year, 220 people from 37 alumni clubs attended and had a great time!
Using photos of tiny sections of art works in the CMA galleries as hints, teams will compete to identify the work of art. A team is any group of one to four people who decide to work together. We can enter unlimited numbers of teams.
We will meet at 6:30PM sharp in the atrium. At 6:45PM we will be sent off to two seven-question hunts. The soonest turned-in perfect score team entry for each hunt wins a four-person prize. At 7:30PM, with the hunts completed, we will all meet back in the atrium where the winners will be announced. Food and drinks can be purchased at the museum bar and we will hang out there until the museum closes at 9:00PM.
All proceeds will go to provide college scholarships to outstanding graduating seniors in Cleveland public high schools. Awarded students can use them at any college or university. Last year, this event raised $2,000 for the cause.

CMA is refusing to allow the Harvard Club to take cash or checks in the Atrium, so if you don’t register and pay online, you MUST FIRST GO to Classroom A in the basement to pay. You will see signs directing you there from the CMA front entrance and from the Level 2 glass-doors’ entrance from the Parking Garage.)
After you complete payment online, you will be prompted for Guest Names (for the rest of your party) and Organization (for your college name). Put your college’s short name, “Norwich,” in the Organization field to help Harvard keep the total reservations for each club straight.
Online registration will close at 2:00PM the day of the event, Friday, March 9, 2018. After that, you may only pay with cash or check in Classroom A and only from 6:00PM-6:30PM when the event starts. If you have any questions, contact John Miller or 216 397-9709.
