Marcy Eisenberg headshotMarcy Eisenberg

Marcy Eisenberg is President and Co-Founder of Xelevate, a solutions-driven provider for propelling American-made unmanned systems capabilities and skillsets forward. At Xelevate, Ms. Eisenberg and her team are building the first privately held unmanned systems testing, development, training, innovation, collaboration, and demonstration center of excellence in the Washington, D.C. area.Previously, Ms. Eisenberg successfully built and sold Pathoras Corporation, a consulting and government contracting firm with over 80 employees that specializes in developing value, increasing efficiency, optimizing mission, and ensuring relevancy for customers in the National Security and commercial sectors. With her husband and Co-Founder Andrew Biechlin (NU '97), Ms. Eisenberg had grown Pathoras into a multi-million dollar firm, which is a two-time recipient honoree of the INC500 and INC 5000 list, received ranking as one of the 50 Fastest-Growing Women-Led Private Companies in America, is an honoree of Washington Business Journal’s Best Places to Work, Inc’s Top 50 Best Small to Mid-size Workplaces in the United States, as well as an Hall of Fame Awardee for the Best of Herndon in the Business Consultants category.

Ms. Eisenberg has supported the National Security arena for nearly two decades, where she served as the Deputy Program Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, and Lead Trainer for a series of projects for premier government agencies, and was hand-selected to serve as the Team Lead of a high-priority Presidentially-overseen program. Prior to her roles in the national security arena, Ms. Eisenberg served as the Deputy Director for a critical infrastructure national security project at the Council on Competitiveness, an economic development think tank. For the past 20+ years she has served in roles supporting federal, state, and local governments, to include the House of Representatives, the United States Senate, the Department of Justice, and the states of Virginia and New York.Ms. Eisenberg was awarded a Masters of Economics from George Mason University and a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from the State University of New York College at Geneseo. She has applied her economic background to both Xelevate and Pathoras, to create maximum productivity and efficiency both within her companies and to support customers with low risk, high impact successes.

Ms. Eisenberg is the author of The Relevance Path: 7 Steps to Give Your Organization a Decisive Edge, a framework to help any person, team, or organization reach impactful, relevant, personal and professional goals. It is this understanding, coupled with her knowledge and experience with successful requirements gathering for projects, that enables her passion for helping teams and organizations reach levels of success beyond what they thought possible. Ms. Eisenberg is also an FAA Part 107 Certified Commercial Drone Pilot. She enjoys aviation related activities, hiking, nutrition, fitness, writing, playing guitar and piano, dancing, gardening, and spending time with her husband Andy, beloved sons, and goofy German shepherd, Badger. John DulmageNorwich Psychology Professor John Dulmage has extensive life experience spanning 30 years with educational, military, corporate and independent management consulting accomplishments. John has demonstrated leadership, commitment and scholarship in multi-disciplinary educational settings including K-12, corporate adult learning activities, post-secondary and college. John also has a keen understanding of the human condition and student psyche in national and international settings.. John was in the Infantry and Air Wing Command billets over a period of 23 years of military service as a citizen-soldier . He also had a direct commission to 1st Lt. from Sgt. E-5; MOS: Instructional Design/Trainer/Change Specialist. John is also a Gulf War Veteran; and in the United States Marine Corps Reserve (USMCR)/ John holds a B.S. Psychology with a minor, Biology (Neuroscience concentration), from Norwich University in 2012, an M.Ed. in Educational Technology, from Boston College in 1972 and a B.A. in Philosophy/Psychology/Theology, from St. Columban's College and Seminary in1968. Additionally, John has 100+ hours of customer service training and financial management education through Vermont Technical College. He is also a Nationally Certified Facilitator in Process Improvement, Team and Consensus Building, Conflict and Problem Resolution. Bob Anderson '86Bob Anderson is a 1986 NUCC graduate whose professional and personal endeavors have taking him all over the world. A US Army combat veteran, master parachutist, 2 sport (football and lacrosse) college hall-of-fame athlete (Norwich), an endurance athlete (marathon) on all 7 continents with a masters from Harvard, Bob focuses his professional efforts assessing and developing the team and leadership skills of US and UK Special Operations Warriors, elite athletes in transition and CEOs.

Bob additionally serves as a professor of organizational development and leadership at Middlebury College, University of Vermont and St. Michael’s College. He also serves as a guest lecturer at The US Military Academy at West Point, University of Virginia, Lynn University, The US Coast Guard Academy and many others.

As the Founder of 1Hero Sports, LLC, Bob travels the world working with sports organization ranging from New Balance sponsored athletes to the coaches/managers of the Maitland NSW Australia Rugby Club and from professional surfers in Hawaii to pro hockey players in Montreal.

Bob lives with his wife Heather and their two children (Sierra-Rhodes College ’24 lacrosse and Camden-Philips Exeter Academy ’22 football-hockey-lacrosse) in Stowe, VT and has offices in Carmel, CA, Dallas, TX and Manchester, NH. A lifelong athlete, Bob continues to play ice hockey, lacrosse and alpine skis and mountain bikes.
