Legacy March Breakfast

The Legacy March was started over a decade ago as a tribute to the spirit of Capt. Alden Partridge. Students trek 50 miles from Norwich, VT to Northfield, VT over the course of three days to raise money for the local nonprofit Vermont Veterans' Place; this organization provides transition support services to Vermont Veterans in need. During their journey, students are provided with experiential education.

Since the march began, the NU Club of the Upper Valley has been feeding, supporting, and cheering on Norwich students as they begin their 50 mile trek back to campus. Come show your support! Join fellow alumni and friends to prepare a warm sendoff breakfast, courtesy of the NU Club of the Upper Valley, for the many students participating in this year's march. Show your maroon and gold pride to these young men and women!

Schedule for the Day:
5:30 AM | Set up time - all hands needed!
6:30 AM - 7:30 AM | Breakfast service - help us serve the students a warm breakfast
7:30 AM - 8:00 AM | Clean up
9:00 AM | March begins - cheer students on as they begin their journey

Donations: The Legacy Marchers are raising money for the Vermont Veterans' Place, an organization that offers transitional housing and services for homeless veterans in Vermont. If you cannot volunteer on the morning of October 28, contributions are happily and gratefully accepted.
