We know that graduates today are stepping into a world that looks very different from the one many of us knew—even just a few years ago. Navigating careers, connections, and community in a post-COVID world brings new challenges, and we believe Norwich has a role to play in helping you thrive.
That’s why we’re working to create a dedicated GOLD (Graduates of the Last Decade) program—and we want to make sure it truly reflects the needs, goals, and realities of grads like you.
