Join one of Norwich’s most distinguished Marines, LtGen John Broadmeadow ’83, on a six-day, five-night excursion honoring the contributions of Norwich alumni on the Western Front.
Join us on a pilgrimage to World War I France where Norwich Marines fought valiantly on the battlefields of the Western Front. This six-day, five-night excursion will be led by LtGen John Broadmeadow ’83, with expert historical narration from World War I researcher and author Dr. Heather Warfield P’30. We will walk the battlefields of Belleau Wood and Chateau-Thierry and visit monuments that honor Norwich alumni that died in the region. The trip will also include cultural explorations and holiday markets in beautiful Paris, ancient Reims and the Champagne region.
This is a small group tour and space is limited. Pricing includes lodging, meals, and ground transportation: $4,000 per person based on double occupancy, $5,000 for solo travelers.
