NU2NU Award

Recognizing significant volunteer service within the Norwich community

The Office of Alumni Relations has created a new program to recognize Norwich’s most important asset: our vast network of alumni and the lifelong bonds that exist within the Norwich family.

The NU2NU Award honors alumni for generous, enthusiastic, and ongoing efforts that support and build alumni-to-alumni connections and/or alumni-to-student relations. Designed to celebrate alumni who exemplify the spirit of mentoring, this award cultivates a culture of giving back to the university by contributing their time and talent.

Criteria:
Candidates for the NU2NU Award must be a Norwich alumnus or alumna who has demonstrated positive leadership attributes in guiding an individual or group of Norwich students and/or alumni.  He or she will have made a significant and beneficial impact through their active guidance and mentoring. This individual may be a resource for enriching the education and training of our students, a leadership contact for recent grads and young alumni, a mentor for start-up or developing businesses, or a catalyst for initiatives that support and further relationships within the Norwich family.

Nominations:
Candidates can be nominated by alumni, faculty, staff, and/or students. Nominations will be accepted throughout the year and reviewed by Development & Alumni Relations staff for final determination. There is no limit to the number of NU2NU awards that will be presented annually.

Nomination Form:
